Danielle Brousseau founded OnPointe Consulting out of a genuine passion for fundraising and a track record of exceptional results.

​

Her journey began over two decades ago as a volunteer at her daughter’s school auction. What started as a simple way to get involved quickly evolved into a deep commitment. Over the course of 18 years as Chairperson, Danielle leveraged her background in financial analysis and marketing to transform the school’s annual fundraiser—raising over $3.5 million in total. In her first year of leadership alone, the event saw a 100% increase in profits, and the momentum continued year after year.

As word of her success spread, local nonprofits began reaching out for her guidance. The demand for her expertise grew, and in 2013, OnPointe Consulting was officially born.

Since then, Danielle has built a respected reputation in the nonprofit community as a trusted partner, known for bringing strategy, creativity, and focus to every event.
